How do I place an order on your website?

  • Simply add to cart the products on our website you want to purchase and click check out. We offer cash-on-delivery and various online payment methods.

Do you do same-day delivery?

  • Yes! Customers will be the ones to book the courier (Grab, Angkas, Lalamove, Joyride, etc.) to pick up the parcel from our warehouse located in Meycauayan, Bulacan. Message us on our official Facebook or Instagram page, and our team will guide you through the process of booking your orders.

What shipping couriers are you partnered with?

  • We ship orders using J&T only.

Where is my order coming from? Location?

  • All products are on-hand and ready to ship and will be coming from our warehouse, which is located in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept payments from cash on delivery, debit or credit cards, and e-wallets such as GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Paypal.

Do you offer international shipping?

  • No. We only ship in Philippines nationwide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We make sure to ship out your order within 1-2 days upon order placement. For nearby areas, please expect it to be delivered within 1-3 days, while for remote areas, it will take 3–7 days.

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Due to the huge number of orders we receive daily, we do not have a return or exchange policy yet. We advise customers to ensure placing the correct items to avoid any inconvenience.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes! We will provide the courier details that you can track through their website once it is scheduled for shipment.

Are the products on your website safe for pets?

  • Yes, our whole team is furparents too! We ensure to only offer what’s best and safe for our furbabies.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

  • We have fast-paced warehouse processing. We do not allow cancellation of orders once they have been placed.
